Having lived in Sacramento my entire life, I can give you unique insight into Sacramento area real estate opportunities from a true native’s perspective. I grew up in the Citrus Heights and Orangevale areas and attended Casa Roble High School. I then earned a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish with a minor in Ethnic Studies, and later a Master's Degree in Public Policy & Administration from California State University, Sacramento. In my early adult life, I lived in Land Park, and family and I call the Arden area home now.

I have sold property in and around Sacramento since 2005, and have a wealth of knowledge about the communities and area amenities. As a licensed California real estate broker, I have completed numerous hours of real estate education, and along the way earned numerous designations such as the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), along with several others. For the year 2022, I ranked in the top 2% of all individual Coldwell Banker Realty agents worldwide. In addition to being a highly productive agent, I devote a lot of my time to real estate outside of my transactions as well. For 2023 I am the Immediate Past President of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS (SAR). I was originally elected to the SAR Board of Directors beginning in 2011, and have held several leadership positions including SAR Association President (2022), President of the SAR Masters Club (2012), and Chair of the SAR Young Professionals Network (2010). I have also been appointed to the California Association of REALTORS Board of Directors for 1-year terms from 2010-2023, and to the National Association of REALTORS Board of Directors for a 3-year term for 2022-2024.
